Chief Executive Officer (National Casino Forum)
Tracy Damestani is the Chief Executive for the National Casino Forum (NCF) the sole trade association for land based casinos in the UK. Responsible for responding to UK and EU Government departments and regulatory bodies on casino gambling related issues.
Tracy represents the UK casino sector on the Gambling Commission’s Advisory Panel for social responsibility.
Tracy was recently elected to Vice-Chair of the European Casino Association (ECA) which represents 900 casinos and over 70,000 employees across 24 countries in Europe. She recently assisted ESCO at the EU Commission on developing a database for transversal skills for gambling and other industries.
She commenced working in the industry in 2003 with the British Casino Association and the Responsibility in Gambling Trust (RIGT).
She was chair of the Gambleaware editorial panel and assisted in its transition to the Responsible Gambling Trust (RGT). She was a committee member of the Society for the Study of Gambling (SSG) and a board member of the gambling industry's charity CHIPS which raises funds to supply bespoke wheelchairs for disabled youngsters.
Tracy previously worked in corporate finance and operations for HSBC. She is a qualified teacher & fluent in Spanish & Farsi.

The National Casino Forum (NCF) has been formed with the overriding aim of promoting a positive agenda for a well regulated, socially responsible and economically sustainable casino industry.
Casino entertainment is an intrinsic part of the mainstream leisure industry, internationally accepted as an adult leisure pursuit.
The NCF is open to operators of casinos and offers associate membership to suppliers, lawyers, accountants and others who work with the casino industry.
The NCF's strategic objectives for the British casino industry are to promote:

- constructive and positive interaction with stakeholders
